Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
